Seema Badar is a longtime East Bay community leader, and public servant running for the Zone 7 Water Agency Board of Directors to protect our region's water future.

For over a decade, Seema has served in leadership roles supporting schools, nonprofits, and community initiatives across the Tri-Valley. She has worked to bring people together, strengthen public accountability, and ensure resources are used responsibly to serve the community.

Seema currently serves as the Vice President of Fallon PFC as well as the Parcel Tax Oversight Committee for the Dublin Unified School District. She helps ensure public funds are spent transparently and responsibly. Previously she also served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee. She was also a Founding Board Member for the Dublin Education Alliance. Seema has extensive experience in nonprofit development, helping organizations raise the resources they need to serve families and build stronger communities.

As a parent and community advocate, Seema understands how essential reliable, affordable water is for our homes, environment, and future generations.

Seema is running for Zone 7 to bring accountability, sustainability, and community-focused leadership to local water management.
